Celebrate Mother’s Day with Curves as they will bring you a celebration of the lifelong bond fitness between mothers and daughters!

Being a Curves Ambassador, one of my favorite things is to see families working out together. I like it when mothers and daughters join gym together and share their journey toward health and fitness.

As Mother’s Day approaches, it is important to pick an activity that you will both enjoy. For example, a class that can be personalized to your own fitness level because it’s bound to be different from your mom’s.

Curves offers different classes:

Zumba by Curves –  Strength training in the circuit + grooving to the music = Effective workout! It is a workout for you and your mom that is fun, upbeat and full of great music and rhythms. Enjoy a social time after class allowing new moms to get to know each other.

Yoga by Curves – it focuses mainly on your posture and breathing and on building strength as well. This balance class has incorporated into Curves Circuit.  You and your mom are bound to feel energized and rejuvenated after this restorative session.

Boxing by Curves – unleash your inner fighter. Put the gloves on and learn some moves. It is a higher intensity class that tones your body from head to foot.

Walking by Curves – this low intensity class will help you get your cardio in while increasing your step count for the day on the Curves strength training circuit.

Exercising (with your mom) at Curves takes only 30-minute workout,  3-4x a week.
