Situated at the ground floor casino area, the buffet at The Cafe, is a 24-hour dining restaurant, a beautiful laid-back, well interiored and equally alluring place at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila.
We tried this buffet last month and I would say, the food never disappoints. While the Cafe is being described as an “interactive show-kitchen restaurant, where live culinary theatre is performed by experienced chefs, I would rather decribe this as open-kitchen concept with chef cooking ala minute and always available to interact with you.
A total of six different stations:
Italian: pasta, pizza and Italian favorites.
The Grill and Griddle: carvery grill, Teppan griddle, satay, kebab, yakitori.
The Deli: sushi, sashimi, charcuteries, pates and cheese, salads, bread varieties and terrines, chilled seafood.
The Asian: Dimsum, Chinese barbeque, wok, noodles and rice.
Comfort Food and Favorites: tempura, fried dimsum, pressure fried dishes, fried food from around the world
Pastry: soft serve ice cream, pancakes, waffles, crepes, Halo-halo, pastries and cakes, bakery.
The Cafe provides warm hospitality, remains competitively-priced and offers value for money spread.
